GYDED Terms & Conditions
Last Updated: Jan 2026
1. Overview
GYDED is a virtual mental health practice providing psychiatric medication management and supportive telehealth services.
By booking an appointment or subscribing to a membership plan, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms outlined below.
2. Eligibility for Care
You must be physically located in a state where your provider is licensed at the time of service.
GYDED currently serves patients in New Mexico.
Services are provided for individuals across the lifespan, unless otherwise specified.
3. Appointment Scheduling
Appointments are scheduled through the GYDED online portal via Simple Practice.
You will receive secure login information and appointment reminders by email or text.
4. Payments & Billing
-
All session fees are due at the time of booking.
-
Accepted forms of payment include credit/debit cards and HSA/FSA cards.
-
Membership plans are billed automatically each month.
-
Prices are subject to change with prior notice.
5. Cancellation & No-Show Policy
To avoid a cancellation fee, appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours before the scheduled time.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed appointments will be charged 50% of the session fee (or a flat $75 for membership clients).
Repeated no-shows may result in suspension or termination of services.
6. Refund Policy
Because psychiatric services represent clinical time and expertise, refunds are not provided once a session has begun or a plan period has started.
Refunds may only be issued if GYDED cancels your session and is unable to reschedule.
7. Communication
Non-emergency communication between sessions is limited to the secure messaging portal.
GYDED does not provide emergency or crisis services.
If you are experiencing a mental health emergency, call 911 or 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline), or go to your nearest emergency department.
8. Confidentiality
All patient information is protected under HIPAA and will only be released with your written consent or as required by law (e.g., imminent risk of harm to self or others).
9. Telehealth Consent
By participating in telehealth sessions, you consent to receive psychiatric care virtually.
You understand the potential risks and benefits of telehealth and agree to ensure a private, safe environment during sessions.
10. Membership Terms
Memberships provide enhanced access to care but are not insurance and do not guarantee 24/7 availability.
Unused sessions within a billing cycle do not roll over.
Memberships may be canceled at any time with 30 days’ written notice before the next billing date.
11. Modifications
GYDED reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Updates will be posted on this website, and continued use of services indicates acceptance of the revised terms.
