Memberships automatically renew on a recurring monthly basis unless canceled by the client. By enrolling, you authorize recurring charges to the payment method on file. Memberships may be canceled at any time prior to the next billing cycle. Cancellation requests must be submitted before the renewal date to avoid charges for the upcoming period. No partial refunds are provided for unused time.

How do visits work?
Visits are conducted virtually. Monthly visit allowances vary by membership tier and do not roll over to future months.
How does billing work?
Memberships are charged monthly and can be canceled any time before your next billing cycle. Unused visits do not roll over to future months.
Are medications included?
Medications are billed separately by your pharmacy. No medication costs are included in membership fees.
Can I use insurance for visits?
Membership plans are private-pay only. Superbills are provided upon request.
Do memberships include crisis support?
No. If you are experiencing an emergency, call 911 or visit your nearest emergency department. You may text 988 for crisis support.
What if I need additional visits?
Extra visits can be scheduled at the standard per-visit rate.
