Insurance coverage varies by plan and may change over time. Before your appointment, your benefits will be verified and an estimated cost will be provided based on your specific coverage. Insurance verification and appointment scheduling are securely managed through Headway, my booking and billing partner.
Self Pay & Super Bills
Self-pay is available for clients who prefer not to use insurance or whose plan is not currently accepted. Upon request, I can provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance company for possible out-of-network reimbursement. Payment is due at the time of service, and reimbursement is determined by your individual insurance plan and is not guaranteed.
